• One Potato
  • One Microwave
  • One potato peeler
  • One knife OR potato slicer
  • One microwave safe plate
  1. Wash your potato as normal with water.
  2. Peel the skin off with the potato peeler.
  3. Slice into thin slices.
  4. Lay out slices on microwave safe plate.
  5. Put in microwave for 5 minutes. (Time may vary on size of slices)
  6. You may try a Toaster Oven if needed for desired crispness.
